PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment may be made in one of these two ways.

1. Payment to the cashier

The payment is made to the cashier through the cash register which is connected via Ethernet to the central control unit of the system. The customer gives the ticket to the cashier, the ticket is read, the cost is calculated and then paid. A receipt is issued to the customer with all necessary information of the company, plus the date, the time of entrance and exit, the registration number of the vehicle and the code of the cash register.

2. Payment to the Automatic machine (POF)

The customer displays the ticket to the reader. The payout display shows the amount due and gives instructions for completion of payment. The automatic cashier gives the possibility of payment with bank notes, to a maximum of 50 Euro, and all coins except those of one or two cents. Change will be given in coins or banknotes. There is also an intercom connection with the control room available.

NOTE
At the moment the payment is completed the display will show the vehicle's details.
